Got lucky and found this place here on Google Maps. The setup is strange when you walk in. Apparently they own the taco/Mexican place and bakery next door as they share a dining room (the two restaurants) and a bathroom. Anyway, staff were super friendly- lots of smiles and eye contact. You can mix/match your side if you want (may be an extra charge). Opted for the 1/2 lb burger and it was huge. Crispy edges on the burgers was a welcome surprise. So good!! Pretzel bites were my side selection but they were quite overcooked so I didn’t finish them. Burger was fantastic though so it’s all good. Bonus:their small fountain soda (self serve) machine had a flavor spigot so you could doctor it up however you want.
I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best burger I have ever had. I had the melt, and was DELICIOUS. The fries were fantastic as well, as was their tea. They brew it there rather than the pump stuff. My youngest ordered chicken tenders. It seemed to be like a chicken fried steak sliced up. He LOVED that. I tasted it, and it was really good, but that would be something someone might want to know before ordering in case they are more into the thicker tenders. We all LOVED our meals! We were on vacation to Fugitive Beach and Googled the best dinner in town. It was between this restaurant and one other place. I believe we absolutely made a great choice!
Fast, friendly service. We enjoyed our jalapeno burger, mac and cheese bites, and cheeseburger salad very much. We will be back soon!
Best burgers in town!! This is one of THE BEST restaurants in Rolla. Hands down. The other best is right next door. The burgers here are always fresh and delicious. Always get the Scruffs sauce. It’s delicious. Scruffs melt plus some bacon is too good. Bang bang shrimp and the ghost pepper honey fries are unforgettable. The service here is always top notch. I would strongly recommend Scruff’s. I’ll be coming back AGAIN and AGAIN
Cute local bar and grill that offers 2 styles of food in one, burgers on one side and burritos on the other. They were really busy (a Saturday afternoon) when we went, but the service was friendly and we didn't have to wait a super long time for food. My bacon cheeseburger was delicious and I LOVED the fries. Fun decor and I would highly recommend
The hot honey chicken wrap was amazing! The bing bong shrimp wrap was delicious too! The sweet potato fries are the absolute best ive ever had! I will definitely be back many more times! Haven't had a great meal like that in a while and we eat out often.
As soon as I walked towards the counter, I was greeted. The staff was polite and professional and helped me choose a sauce for my quesadilla since I hadn't been there before. The quesadilla was really good and the cost was very inexpensive! I wouldn't call it cheap because the quality is much better than what you think when you hear the word. Affordable and delicious! They also offer a military discount! I would absolutely recommend trying them out.
At Vanessas' (Nessa) recommendation, I tried the Smash Burger tacos yesterday, but only the 1/4 lb version (2 tacos). Today at work I was talking about those glorious tacos and hit them up again today for the 1/2 lb (4 tacos) feast. Between those, the perfectly made crinkle cut fries, the dipping sauce, I am a happy man!
Stopped in on the way to Springfield for a quick bite. Food was amazing. Lots of choices. Classic smash burger was delicious. Cheese curds and ranch are a must. My son loved the hot dog and fries! Highly recommend.
Bestest house salad EVVVERRRR!!!! The Full Size House Salad was phenomenal. Just tasty on every aspect. Fresh ingredients, crispy, delicious...sweet chili dressing too, OMG! Topped with grilled chicken, so so good. Loved every bit. Staff is on the same level as the deliciousness...just go;)
